Peter Dicpinigaitis

Reynolds M. Delgado III, MD, FACC, is a distinguished cardiologist specializing in Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation. He is the Principal of Delgado Cardiovascular Associates and a key figure at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston. Dr. Delgado has a long history of clinical leadership, previously serving as the Medical Director of Mechanical Support Devices at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.

An innovator in the field, he is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Procyrion, Inc., where he leads the development of a minimally invasive heart assist device. He holds multiple US patents for cardiac treatment apparatus and aortic valve prostheses. His research focuses on biventricular dysfunction and the clinical management of LVAD recipients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
